Counselor Referral Form

Referring counselors should complete the following form to help our team get a jump start on determining the needs of the referred student and how to place and appropriately support them when they transfer in. 

There are two programs at Burchell

Gradient program is for 9th-12^th graders (even credit-deficient 9^th and 10^th graders)

ABLE program is geared towards 11^th  and 12^th  graders that are credit deficient
